Who you are
You have a unique blend of systems validation expertise and customer-facing implementation skills, ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Your project management skills are complemented by strong communication abilities, allowing you to effectively guide customers through complex implementations. You understand the importance of compliance with regulatory requirements and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with GxP implementations.
With a background in working closely with research scientists, quality professionals, and IT teams, you have developed a deep understanding of R&D processes. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your expertise to transform how teams work together, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also compliant with industry standards.
You are comfortable leading all aspects of customer rollouts, from requirements analysis and solution design to configuration, testing, training, and onboarding users. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively makes you a valuable asset to any team.
Desirable
Experience with specific GxP regulations and standards is a plus, as is familiarity with the Benchling platform or similar R&D cloud solutions. You may also have a background in project management methodologies, which will help you streamline implementation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving implementations for Benchling's rapidly expanding customer base, focusing on GxP customers in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. You will work hand-in-hand with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their R&D processes, ensuring that the solutions you implement meet their unique needs.
You will lead all aspects of customer rollouts, starting with requirements analysis to identify the specific needs of each client. From there, you will design tailored solutions that align with their operational workflows. Your role will involve configuring the Benchling platform to meet these requirements, followed by rigorous testing to ensure functionality and compliance.
Training and onboarding users will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you will need to ensure that all stakeholders are comfortable using the new systems. You will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process, addressing any challenges that arise and ensuring a smooth transition.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams within Benchling and at client organizations. Your ability to foster strong relationships will help you drive successful implementations and enhance customer satisfaction.
