Overview

Benepass is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage and nurture relationships with mid-market clients. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while working closely with clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the fintech or SaaS industry. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your understanding of their unique needs and challenges. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using various digital tools to communicate and collaborate effectively. You are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. You are a problem solver who can navigate challenges with a positive attitude and a focus on solutions. Your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Benepass, you will lead the management of our mid-market clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of our platform. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing training and resources, and conducting regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and address any concerns. You will also collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and drive product improvements based on feedback.

You will analyze client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with our offerings. You will also contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives that enhance client retention and growth. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our approach to customer success and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our clients.
