You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients is second to none — you understand that customer retention is key to business success. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Your organizational skills are top-notch, enabling you to prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently. You are adaptable and can navigate the varying needs of clients at different stages of their lifecycle, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Chatmeter, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing post-sale relationships with our business and small market clients. Your primary goal will be to retain customers for life by ensuring they fully adopt and benefit from our suite of services. You will take a proactive approach to engage with clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
