Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment — you understand the importance of building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information and foster trust with clients. You are data-driven and can analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Ethena, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our compliance training platform. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their compliance goals. You will monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that improve the user experience. You will also conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to ensure clients are fully utilizing the platform's capabilities.
