What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth through outbound prospecting. You will engage with potential clients, helping them understand how Betterment's solutions can enhance their financial wellness. Your day-to-day activities will involve reaching out to businesses and financial advisors, conducting outreach campaigns, and nurturing leads to convert them into clients. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with Betterment's goals and objectives.
You will also participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of Betterment's products and services, ensuring you can effectively communicate their value to clients. As you progress in your role, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Your performance will be measured by your ability to generate leads and contribute to the growth of Betterment's client base.
What we offer
Betterment offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-65,000 plus commission, along with a comprehensive equity package and health, dental, and vision benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending four days a week in the New York City office.
