BetterUp is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive business development and consultative selling for enterprise clients. This role is based in London and requires strong engagement with prospective clients through various channels.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of consultative selling and can engage effectively with C-level executives. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, and you thrive in a hybrid work environment where collaboration is key.

You are results-driven and possess a strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You are comfortable using various channels for outreach, including networking, cold calling, and social media. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective enterprise clients through a variety of channels. You will employ a structured approach to consultative selling, ensuring that you understand client needs and can tailor solutions accordingly. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting, conducting meetings, and following up with leads to drive business growth.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. This includes working with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and with product teams to ensure that offerings align with client needs. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
