Fullstory is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in the greater London area. You'll engage with clients, develop long-term partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a strong background in enterprise-level sales, ideally within the SaaS industry.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the SaaS industry, with at least 5 years of experience. Your exceptional relationship-building and communication skills enable you to engage effectively with clients and understand their business needs. You thrive in complex sales cycles and have a passion for exceeding targets, consistently delivering value to your customers.
You are adept at crafting long-term plans for acquiring and growing accounts, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the enterprise landscape. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage behavioral data to inform your sales strategies, ensuring that you can predict customer needs and create personalized experiences that drive conversion and loyalty.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Fullstory, you will own an enterprise territory, responsible for business development and client engagement. Your day-to-day activities will include generating new customer contracts and expanding existing ones, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts, understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive significant value and growth.
You will engage with technology leaders, helping them make informed decisions by injecting behavioral data into their analytics stack. Your role will involve presenting Fullstory's patented technology to potential clients, showcasing how it can transform their digital experiences into actionable insights. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
