Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level sales. Your ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer executives is key to your success. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable collaborating in-person and remotely. You understand the importance of driving account strategy and growth, and you are motivated by achieving expansion and renewal targets for named accounts.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate value propositions effectively to clients. Your strategic thinking enables you to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. You are passionate about human transformation and align with BetterUp's mission to enhance the employer/employee relationship.

Desirable

Experience in the coaching or personal development industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with hybrid work models. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive account strategy and growth by developing close relationships with customer executives and BetterUp leadership. You will own expansion and renewal targets for named accounts, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and value from BetterUp's offerings. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to maximize account potential.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and deliverables. Your insights will help shape BetterUp's approach to client engagement and retention. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance metrics and reporting on progress towards targets.
