Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with 5+ years of experience in consultative selling and business development. Your ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and articulate the value proposition of SaaS solutions sets you apart. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about helping organizations transform their employee experience through innovative solutions.

You possess strong communication skills and can effectively tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Your consultative sales process is structured, allowing you to understand customer priorities and challenges deeply. You are comfortable leveraging various channels for prospecting, including networking, cold calling, and social media.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and engage prospective enterprise clients, utilizing a variety of channels to generate leads and build relationships. You will employ a consultative sales approach to understand the specific challenges faced by clients and tailor BetterUp's SaaS solutions to address their needs. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor will be key to gaining access to C-level stakeholders and articulating the value and ROI of our offerings.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
