Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect with prospects and understand their unique needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with teams across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture to drive results. You are comfortable developing tailored value propositions that align with customer goals and demonstrate the value of Cohere's platform. Your approach is customer-centric, ensuring that you represent the voice of the field to influence product and engineering priorities. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of selling to large enterprises, understanding their challenges and how to address them effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of your territory, identifying leads and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in Global 2000 companies. You will engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to uncover their needs and develop tailored solutions that showcase how Cohere's platform can help them achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact through to deal closure. Your insights from the field will be invaluable in helping our product and engineering teams prioritize the roadmap based on customer feedback. You will also be responsible for tracking your sales metrics and reporting on your progress to ensure alignment with company goals. Your role is crucial in laying the foundation for Cohere's growth and success in the AI space.
