What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at BetterUp, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations unlock their potential through tailored solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and work collaboratively with internal teams to design and implement effective strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, developing solution proposals, and presenting them to stakeholders.

You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of our offerings, providing feedback based on client interactions and market trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
