You are comfortable creating technical enablement content and reusable solution frameworks, ensuring that both your team and customers have the resources they need to succeed.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with engineering and product teams to deliver seamless solutions. What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Method Financial, you will play a crucial role in improving our technical sales and expansion efforts. Your goal is to help prospects reach a 'technical yes' faster, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

You will collaborate closely with our sales team, providing them with the technical insights they need to effectively communicate our solutions to potential clients. Your expertise in APIs will be invaluable as you guide customers through the integration planning process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how our technology can meet their needs.

In addition to working directly with customers, you will also partner with our engineering and product teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and help shape the development of our solutions. Your insights will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the fintech industry.

You will be responsible for creating technical enablement content that empowers both our sales team and customers. This includes developing reusable solution frameworks that can be leveraged across various customer engagements, streamlining the sales process and enhancing customer satisfaction.
