What you'll do
As a Sales Compensation Analyst at BeyondTrust, you will play a key role in the monthly crediting and data validation process — investigating and resolving discrepancies swiftly while maintaining proactive communication with relevant teams. You will validate and distribute compensation plans, track exceptions, and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed-upon deadlines. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with accounting during the monthly close to support accruals and variance analysis, ensuring that all financial data aligns accurately.
In this role, you will identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance the accuracy and responsiveness of the compensation process. You will support the Sales Compensation Manager and Senior Sales Compensation Analyst in modeling incentives and policies, effectively managing data across Salesforce and other commission platforms. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of the sales compensation process and the overall success of the revenue teams.
