Your ability to navigate complex data and provide insights will be crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for creating systems and dashboards that enhance visibility into sales performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end commission process, ensuring that sales teams are compensated accurately and on time. You will partner closely with the Global Sales Compensation Partner to align compensation strategies with Notion's business objectives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data integrity and collaborating with Finance and Sales Operations to streamline processes.
You will build and manage systems that provide visibility into sales performance, allowing the organization to make informed decisions about compensation and incentives. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze sales data and provide insights that drive performance improvements. You will also play a key role in developing compensation plans that motivate and reward the sales teams effectively.
