What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Global Go-To-Market HR Generalist team, ensuring that all people policies and programs are consistently implemented in adherence to global standards. You will oversee the team's work and serve as the initial escalation point for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support as needed. Your contributions will be vital in developing and executing the team's strategic goals, ensuring that HR initiatives align with the overall business strategy.

You will partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and other executive leaders to understand their objectives and provide tailored HR support. This includes evaluating and recommending HR practices that foster a positive employer-employee relationship and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You will also play a key role in the ongoing development of your team, mentoring HR Generalists and helping them grow in their roles.
