BillionToOne is hiring a Regional Manager - Prenatal to lead a high-impact sales team in Nashville, Tennessee. You'll be responsible for driving sales in prenatal diagnostics across the South Central region. This position requires 4+ years of direct sales management experience in Women's Health or related fields.

You have 4+ years of direct sales management experience in Women's Health, Prenatal Diagnostics, or Reproductive Health, particularly within the South Central region. You are driven by purpose and energized by innovation, ready to help build the future of precision medicine. Your leadership skills enable you to build and develop a high-impact team of sales representatives who are dedicated to transforming healthcare through groundbreaking diagnostics.

You possess a strong understanding of the prenatal diagnostics landscape and are adept at delivering clinical information to both external clients and internal teams. Your collaborative spirit and commitment to transparency foster trust and drive breakthroughs within your team. You are passionate about making life-changing diagnostics accessible to all and are excited to contribute to a culture where every voice matters.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build, develop, and lead a high-impact team of sales representatives who will introduce the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen to OBGYN clinics, MFMs, and private OBGYN practices throughout the South Central area. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, ensuring that your team effectively communicates the value of our innovative products to healthcare providers.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver clinical information and support the sales process, ensuring that your team is equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve growth in the region. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
