Overview

billups is seeking an Account Manager in Singapore to drive client relationships and deliver exceptional service. You'll collaborate with senior team members to identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, with experience in developing and nurturing client relationships. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional service and are proactive in managing client expectations. Your ability to advocate for your clients while aligning with company strategies is key to your success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with senior account managers and directors to drive business growth. You are results-oriented and have a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities that align with client needs. You are comfortable navigating complex client dynamics and can effectively communicate across various levels of an organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with your team to implement billups’ mission and strategies, advocating for clients while delivering on key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include managing client requests, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring that service delivery exceeds expectations. You will collaborate with senior account managers to identify organic growth opportunities and assist in converting these into actionable plans. Additionally, you will support the development of new business opportunities, helping to expand billups’ reach in the APAC region. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
