Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers, particularly in the fields of big data and cloud technology. Your proven track record in enterprise sales roles showcases your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage effectively with business and technical decision-makers. You possess a deep understanding of the Unified Data Analytics landscape and can articulate the value of innovative solutions to potential clients. Your creativity and execution-oriented mindset drive your success in identifying and sourcing new sales opportunities.

You are adept at building strong relationships with partners, including technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs, to enhance customer success and drive upsell opportunities. Your strategic thinking allows you to create effective territory strategies, particularly focusing on markets like Vietnam. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales development representatives and other team members to maximize pipeline and revenue targets.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for evangelizing the Unified Analytics Platform powered by Spark across various enterprise accounts. Your role will involve prospecting, identifying, and sourcing new sales opportunities while building a robust sales pipeline. You will engage with decision-makers to guide them through the evaluation and buying process, ensuring that you exceed individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets.

You will collaborate with local partners to drive business and enhance customer success, leveraging your expertise to upsell existing customers. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a territory strategy focused on Vietnam, allowing you to tap into new market opportunities. You will also be expected to provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams based on your interactions with customers, helping to shape future offerings and strategies.
