What you'll do
In this role, you will play a critical part in generating new business opportunities and fielding inbound prospects within your territory. You will target, build, and nurture positive relationships with key decision-makers, guiding them through their Figma evaluation and buying process. Your responsibilities will include consulting with customers to understand their needs and how Figma can add value to their workflows. You will be instrumental in shaping the sales strategy for the SMB segment in South East Asia and India, leveraging your insights to drive growth. As you establish yourself in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from leading sellers and develop your skills in a supportive environment. You will be expected to keep your camera on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired, ensuring a personal connection with the team.
