What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Binalyze, you will be responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues for our enterprise and MSSP customers. You will utilize remote access tools and diagnostic utilities to identify and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers related to our products and systems. Your role will involve guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, including configuration, installation, and usage of our products.
You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all customer and internal SLAs are achieved, maintaining the high standards of our DFIR solutions. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving product improvements. You will also be part of a remote-first company culture, working alongside a dedicated support team that provides 24/7 global coverage.
