Overview

BitGo is seeking an Institutional Sales Specialist for the LATAM region to drive growth in their OTC and Prime business lines. You'll leverage your crypto-native network to generate new institutional business. This role requires strong sales skills and a deep understanding of the digital asset space.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the financial services or digital asset sectors β€” your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively. You understand the nuances of the cryptocurrency market and can articulate the value of digital asset solutions to institutional clients. Your ability to build relationships and leverage your network is second to none, allowing you to tap into the right wallets and convert leads into substantial business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new institutional OTC and Prime business for BitGo β€” your mission is clear: activate your crypto-native network and prospect aggressively to push qualified counterparties into BitGo’s trading and Prime programs. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive growth and enhance BitGo's market presence in the LATAM region. Your ability to move fast and deliver results will be crucial as you engage with potential clients and convert opportunities into revenue.

You will also be expected to maintain a deep understanding of BitGo's offerings, including custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services β€” this knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to clients. As part of your responsibilities, you will track your sales activities and results, ensuring that you meet or exceed your targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
