What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various corporate roles, including customer support, compliance, and operations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates. You will utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline. Conducting interviews and assessments will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. You will also provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will work on employer branding initiatives to enhance Binance's reputation as an employer of choice in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Your role will also involve analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices to streamline the hiring process.
