Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the fintech and financial services sectors, with at least 5 years of experience managing complex institutional relationships. You thrive in a consultative sales environment, adept at navigating the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals. Your ability to develop and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities sets you apart, as you drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across fintech and payments-focused clients.
You excel in building relationships with institutional clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges in the digital asset space. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate BitGo's value proposition effectively, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout the sales process. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Desirable
Experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset industry is a plus, as is familiarity with custody, wallets, staking, and trading services. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to be part of a team that is transforming the financial services industry.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director at BitGo, you will own the full sales lifecycle for fintech and payments-focused institutional clients. This includes prospecting new clients, managing the onboarding process, and expanding existing relationships to drive revenue growth. You will develop and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that client needs are met and that BitGo's offerings remain competitive in the market. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide them with tailored solutions that enhance their experience with BitGo.
You will also be responsible for reporting on sales metrics and performance, providing insights to the leadership team on market trends and client feedback.
