This role is based in New York City and offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $125,000.

Who you are
You are an enthusiastic individual eager to start your career in sales within the fintech industry. You possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about the cryptocurrency market and digital asset solutions. Your ability to collaborate with senior team members will be key in building and maintaining client relationships. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience or knowledge in fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency will be advantageous. A background in sales or customer service is a plus, as it will help you understand client needs and how to address them effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to own and co-own client relationships. You will provide support for live deals, which includes preparing presentations and proposals, as well as coordinating with other internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. You will become a subject matter expert in fintech and payments, gaining insights into the cryptocurrency market and BitGo's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products. Your responsibilities will also include managing client requests and issues, ensuring that all initiatives are driven forward efficiently.
What we offer
BitGo offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $125,000, along with equity and an annual performance bonus.
