What you'll do
As the Director of User Experience and Design at Bitvavo, you will define and execute the UX and design strategy in collaboration with the Chief Product Officer. You will lead and scale a high-performing department of designers, researchers, and UX copywriters, implementing systems and structures that enhance user experience across the platform. You will be responsible for setting the vision for design excellence and ensuring that your team delivers high-quality work that meets user needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback into the design process, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
