What you'll do

As the Director of UX Design at NICE, you will lead the design organization in Israel, reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Design and User Experience. You will have the autonomy to make critical design and resource allocation decisions that directly impact the products. Collaborating with UX leadership peers in the US and India, you will help shape the global design vision and ensure that your team thrives at the highest levels of quality.

Your role will involve establishing processes that enable your organization to excel, while also focusing on team development and strategic design initiatives. You will be responsible for driving product excellence across NICE's contact center and SaaS solutions, ensuring that design decisions align with the company's ambitious goals.
