What you'll do

As a Talent Sourcer at Bitvavo, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts across various domains, including Product, Engineering, and Business. Your role will involve hands-on sourcing of candidates, as well as strategic projects that enhance the overall recruitment strategy. You will provide market insights to inform recruitment targets and improve external communications through the creation of new job templates and candidate emails.

You will engage with candidates through various channels, ensuring that you effectively communicate Bitvavo's mission and values. Your ability to build rapport with candidates will be crucial in attracting the brightest minds in the industry. You will also collaborate with your team to refine sourcing techniques and share best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
