Who you are
You have a strong background in HR systems and data management, with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing data landscapes. Your experience with Workday is essential, as you will leverage this tool to support the People team effectively. You possess a data-driven mindset, allowing you to analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making. You thrive in complex, international environments and can operate autonomously while coordinating with various stakeholders across HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams is a key strength, enabling you to foster collaboration and drive initiatives forward. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve systems and processes for better efficiency.
Desirable
Experience with other HR tools and systems is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis techniques and methodologies. A background in project management can also enhance your ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems, with a particular emphasis on Workday. You will analyze people data to identify trends and insights that can inform HR strategies and initiatives. Collaborating closely with the People team, you will support various functions including Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Learning & Development. Your role will involve coordinating with IT and Engineering teams to ensure that HR systems are integrated and functioning optimally. You will also work with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies. As part of your responsibilities, you will lead projects aimed at enhancing the HR data landscape, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. You will play a key role in training and supporting team members in using HR systems effectively, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
