What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively manage the end-to-end supplier management lifecycle for a subset of Corporate and Professional Services categories, including Consulting and HR/Benefits. You will develop and execute category strategies that align with Block's mission of economic empowerment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various business groups to understand their needs and priorities, ensuring that sourcing strategies are effectively implemented. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance supplier relationships and optimize service delivery. Your focus will be on modeling teamwork and collaboration skills, which will have a significant impact on the velocity and success of your teammates. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and supplier performance to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
