You have 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on brand and go-to-market strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to unify fragmented data and provide insights that drive marketing performance. You are proficient in Google Analytics and SQL, enabling you to measure success and identify growth opportunities effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, and Customer Insights. Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner sets you apart. You are passionate about using data to influence business decisions and drive customer engagement.

Desirable

Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation tools. You have a knack for storytelling with data, making insights relatable and actionable for stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do

As the Brand & GTM Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy behind how marketing drives customer growth for Cash App and Afterpay. You will unify top-of-funnel measurement and ensure that brand channels are effectively analyzed through a performance lens. Your insights will guide where the business invests next, influencing marketing strategies and initiatives.

You will collaborate with various teams to define and measure success metrics, identifying growth opportunities that align with the company's goals. Your role will involve analyzing marketing performance data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

You will also be involved in developing and implementing marketing experiments to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies. Your analytical expertise will help the team understand customer behavior and preferences, allowing for more targeted marketing efforts.
