What you'll do

As a Risk Operations Specialist at Block, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our sellers by reviewing high-risk transactions and chargebacks in real time. You will work closely with the Japan Risk Lead to identify unauthorized activities and implement strategies to mitigate risks. Your responsibilities will include analyzing transaction data, collaborating with sellers to resolve issues, and providing insights to improve our risk management processes. You will also support the development of tools and systems that enhance our ability to detect and prevent fraud.
