You understand the nuances of the commerce landscape and have a keen ability to adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of sellers. You are results-driven and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within your organization.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services or technology sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with omnichannel solutions. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building a world-class field sales organization at Block. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing them with the tools and guidance they need to succeed.
