You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams. Your understanding of the sales process is comprehensive — from opening doors to closing deals, you know how to generate pipeline and position value competitively. You lead by example, demonstrating the craft of selling and coaching your team to excel in their roles. You are adept at navigating complex sales environments and can effectively communicate the value of integrated solutions to diverse sellers.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Your ability to mentor and develop team members is a key strength, as you believe in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth. You are passionate about helping sellers succeed and understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with broader business goals.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services or technology sectors would be beneficial, as would familiarity with omnichannel sales strategies. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and can adapt your approach based on market trends and customer feedback. A background in coaching and developing sales talent is a plus, as is a history of achieving sales targets in a competitive landscape.
What you'll do
