You have a strong background in complex, consultative new logo sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You possess excellent strategic selling skills and can navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes with ease. Your executive presence allows you to engage effectively with high-value clients and build lasting relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving extraordinary results. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with various internal stakeholders to close deals and drive success.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Block, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value Enterprise and upper Mid Market merchants across the UK. You will own your territory end-to-end, developing your outbound strategy and building a robust sales pipeline. Your role will involve negotiating and closing long-term, mutually beneficial commercial agreements, ensuring that both Block and its clients achieve their goals. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to align strategies and drive sales success.
