You have a proven track record in managing enterprise-level accounts, with a focus on building long-term, strategic partnerships that deliver significant value. Your experience in relationship management has equipped you with the skills to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met while aligning with company goals. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at navigating complex commercial landscapes to drive growth and profitability.

You possess strong commercial acumen and understand the intricacies of the payments industry. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to develop effective engagement strategies that resonate with both merchants and customers. You are a natural communicator, capable of articulating Clearpay's value proposition to diverse audiences and fostering collaboration across teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise merchants, focusing on both new and existing partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies that drive topline growth and profitability for both Clearpay and its merchants. Your role will involve regular interactions with senior merchant stakeholders, where you will provide insights and recommendations to enhance their experience with Clearpay.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, commercial, and operational units, to influence outcomes that benefit both Clearpay and its partners. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the enterprise engagement strategy, ensuring that it aligns with market demands and customer expectations. You will also monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
