Blueshift is seeking an Account Executive for the Western Region to manage the sales cycle and develop new business relationships. This role requires a mix of Mid-Market and Enterprise sales experience.

Who you are
You are an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in both Mid-Market and Enterprise sales. You bring personal drive and enthusiasm to your work, demonstrating a solid work ethic and integrity. Your ability to collaborate with team members and your natural pace-setting skills make you a valuable asset in a fast-growing startup environment. You thrive on results and are resourceful in developing new relationships with business decision-makers. You understand the importance of managing a high-quality pipeline and are adept at negotiating contracts and closing business deals.
Desirable
Experience in the B2C marketing sector is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered marketing platforms. You should be comfortable with product demonstrations and have a knack for conveying the company vision to prospects through targeted initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for evangelizing Blueshift solutions and actively managing the entire sales cycle. This includes prospecting new clients, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts. You will set and attain quarterly and annual goals, ensuring that you meet quota targets. You will develop plans for initial entry into accounts and strategize for future upsells. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience and drive market share.
