What you'll do

As the Team Manager for Solutions Engineering, you will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional solutions to our Federal clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing the technical strategy that aligns with Box's mission to empower organizations through intelligent content management. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of public sector clients.

You will oversee the training and development of your team, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest technologies and best practices in solutions engineering. This includes conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to help team members grow in their roles. You will also be involved in high-level discussions with clients, presenting technical solutions and demonstrating how Box's platform can enhance their operations.

What we offer

At Box, we offer a competitive salary range of $211,000—$263,500 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
