Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in account sales within the IT industry, demonstrating a strong track record of managing sales processes and achieving targets. Your background includes at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, where you've developed a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. You are proficient in using CRM solutions like Salesforce for sales management, allowing you to track and optimize your sales activities effectively. You excel at multitasking and can handle numerous transactions using various operational tools, ensuring that you meet your sales goals efficiently. Your process-oriented mindset drives you to proactively address challenges and implement solutions that enhance sales performance. You are aggressive in pursuing numerical targets and are skilled at executing plans that lead to successful outcomes. Experience in channel sales within the SaaS and Cloud solutions space is a plus, as is a foundational level of business English proficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Apps for sales purposes is also advantageous.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Box, you will be responsible for managing sales activities for domestic mid-sized companies with employee ranges from 500 to 2000, specifically in the area west of Aichi Prefecture. You will develop and execute sales plans that align with Box's mission to facilitate digital transformation for customers. Your role will involve nurturing leads generated through Box's outreach and collaborating with resellers to create business opportunities. You will identify target customers within your assigned area and work closely with internal teams to devise and implement effective approach plans aimed at converting leads into sales. You will actively engage in elevating the sales stage of nurtured leads and work with resellers to close deals. Additionally, you will uncover key reseller stakeholders in your area and collaborate to create and agree on business plans that drive mutual success. You will manage the status of each deal and provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts. Collaborating with reseller stakeholders, you will create and execute closing plans that ensure successful deal closures. You will also provide pre-sales support to resellers to facilitate their success in winning deals, articulating the value of Box's offerings to stakeholders such as CIOs, CxOs, and IT department heads. Furthermore, you will work with marketing and inside sales teams to devise and implement strategies aimed at acquiring new customers.
