FranklinCovey is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business development and partner with clients to build leaders and teams. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $135-185k OTE.

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in driving new business development and managing client relationships. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable engaging with clients across various sectors, including education and enterprise. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients is one of your strongest assets, enabling you to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You are results-oriented and motivated by achieving sales targets while contributing to the overall success of your team.
Desirable
Experience in the leadership development or training industry is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription-based sales models. You have a strong understanding of the sales process and are adept at using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track progress. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at FranklinCovey, you will be responsible for driving new business development within the mid-market segment. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present FranklinCovey's solutions that empower organizations to achieve breakthrough results. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to close deals. You will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales Manager and other team members to develop strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
You will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates on your progress and pipeline to management. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of the company and the success of its clients. You will participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
