Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on integrations and partnerships. You understand the nuances of working with strategic partners and have a track record of delivering successful product experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and drive product strategy. You are skilled in SQL and have experience with A/B testing methodologies, enabling you to validate product hypotheses effectively. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. You are passionate about content management and understand how to leverage AI to enhance user experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving projects forward.
Desirable
Experience with enterprise software and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams would be a plus. A background in AI-driven products or content management systems is also desirable, as it aligns with Box's mission to transform workflows through intelligent content management.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager II on the Partner Integrations Team, you will co-develop product experiences with Box's most strategic partners, including Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and Slack. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features that enhance the Box Intelligent Content Management offering. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand partner needs and translating those insights into actionable product requirements. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements, while also working with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies. You will analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product features, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our partners and customers. Your contributions will directly impact how organizations manage their content and workflows, driving efficiency and collaboration.
What we offer
At Box, we offer a competitive salary range of $151,000—$188,500 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
