What you'll do

As a Partner Solutions Engineer at Box, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach through the partner ecosystem. You will work directly with channel partners to design tailored solutions that leverage the Box platform. Your responsibilities will include evangelizing the platform's capabilities and building technical expertise within the partner community. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure that partner solutions align with Box's strategic goals. You will also provide technical support and guidance to partners during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful deployment of solutions.

You will engage in regular training sessions with partners to enhance their understanding of the Box platform and its features. Your role will involve gathering feedback from partners to inform product development and improve the overall partner experience. You will also participate in industry events and conferences to represent Box and showcase our innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly impact Box's growth and success in the market.

At Box, we offer a competitive salary range of $181,000—$226,500 USD, depending on your knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location.
