What you'll do

As the AVP, Delivery Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global strategy for Braze's delivery ecosystem — this includes overseeing the Delivery Partner Account Management and Partner Success functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Braze customers receive consistently exceptional delivery outcomes through partner-led service models at scale.

You will lead initiatives that enhance the performance of delivery partners and drive customer satisfaction — your strategic vision will guide the development of processes and frameworks that enable successful partnerships. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements to optimize delivery outcomes.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will engage with various teams including Customer Experience, Sales, and the Delivery Partner Center of Excellence — your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be essential in achieving shared goals. You will empower your team to take ownership of their roles and encourage them to contribute innovative ideas that drive success.
