What you'll do

As the AVP, Delivery Partnerships, you will lead the global strategy and execution of Braze’s delivery ecosystem. You will oversee both the Delivery Partner Account Management and Partner Success functions, ensuring that Braze customers experience consistently exceptional delivery outcomes. You will work closely with various teams, including the Delivery Partner COE and Customer Experience, to develop strategies that enhance partner-led service models at scale.

Your role will involve setting high standards for performance and accountability, while also championing teamwork across the organization. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that help Braze win with its delivery partners, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.
