What you'll do
As the AVP, Delivery Partnerships, you will lead the global strategy for Brazeβs delivery ecosystem β your focus will be on executing initiatives that enhance partner relationships and drive exceptional outcomes for customers. You will oversee both the Delivery Partner Account Management and Partner Success functions, ensuring alignment with Brazeβs overall business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience, Sales, and the Delivery Partner Center of Excellence β your role will involve coordinating efforts to optimize partner-led service models at scale. You will be responsible for developing strategies that help Braze win with its delivery partners, ensuring that customers receive consistently high-quality service.
Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence within the delivery teams β you will set performance metrics and drive accountability to achieve outstanding results. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing talent within your teams, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
