What you'll do

As the AVP, Delivery Partnerships, you will lead the global strategy for Braze’s delivery ecosystem, focusing on both Delivery Partner Account Management and Partner Success functions. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies that enhance the performance of delivery partners, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service through partner-led models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience, Sales, and the Delivery Partner Center of Excellence, to align efforts and drive success.

You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and monitoring outcomes to ensure that delivery partners are meeting the high standards set by Braze. Your leadership will guide the team in navigating challenges and seizing opportunities for growth within the delivery ecosystem. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration, encouraging your team to share insights and best practices that contribute to overall success.
