What you'll do

As the AVP, Delivery Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global strategy for Braze’s delivery ecosystem — this includes overseeing both the Delivery Partner Account Management and Partner Success functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Braze customers receive consistently exceptional delivery outcomes through partner-led service models at scale.

You will lead initiatives that enhance the performance of delivery partners and drive customer satisfaction — your role will involve setting clear objectives, measuring success, and continuously improving processes to achieve desired outcomes. You will also champion teamwork and collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment with Braze’s overall mission and values.
