What you'll do
As the Banking Specialist Manager, you will lead a team of Banking Specialists dedicated to promoting Brex's business account suite, including checking, treasury, and sweep products. You will be responsible for setting team goals, developing strategies to drive adoption, and ensuring your team has the resources they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with other departments to enhance customer experiences and drive growth.
You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
