What you'll do
As the Banking Specialist Manager, you will lead and scale a team of Banking Specialists dedicated to promoting Brex's suite of business accounts, including checking, treasury, and sweep products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive adoption and ensure that your team effectively communicates the value of these products to customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance customer relationships and maximize revenue potential.
You will set clear performance expectations for your team and provide ongoing coaching and support to help them succeed. Regularly analyzing performance metrics will be essential to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that the Banking Specialist team is aligned with Brex's overall business objectives and customer needs.
