What you'll do

As a Banking Specialist at Brex, you will be a key member of the newly formed Banking Team, focusing on optimizing customer adoption of our business account products. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and identify opportunities for upselling our checking and treasury products. Your role will involve direct engagement with clients, providing them with insights and support to enhance their experience with our offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development.
