You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. What you'll do
As a Sales Recruiter at Brex, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business by recruiting for critical functions such as Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Your goal is to create a thoughtful and welcoming candidate experience that reflects Brex's culture and values.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, utilizing various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates. You will leverage your network and industry knowledge to engage passive candidates and promote Brex as an employer of choice. Additionally, you will track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven improvements.
